Some stops, when located "off-street" and queried by the full name and address of the stop (for example, because a trip planner is equipped with a pull down menu of pre-formed stops), may not be recognized by Google Maps. In these cases, Google Maps will direct the rider to the next closest stop, either before or after the intended stop sequentially. If the rider moves the destination icon in the Maps interface even slightly, the correct stop destination is shown.
This issue has been reported to Google during April and May of 2014 and is being worked on.
