Many of the pages on your site are available so that you can edit them at any time. If you need to change the text on one of the pages on your site:
- Log in to you Wordpress site.
- Click on Pages in the left-hand menu.
- Find the page you are looking to edit and click on it.
To change the bulk of the text, all you need to do is to type in the main text box. There are a number of formatting tools that will help you add style to your page.
On the top right-hand corner of the text editor there are two tabs: Visual and Text. These are different formats of text-editor. Visual is a more similar to a standard document editor. Text provides short-cuts for most of the same options in html. If you are not familiar with html, switch the view to Visual.
When adding a header or major formatting, look at the other formatting on the page in order to keep a consistent hierarchy of headers and indents. We strongly suggest making major content changes in the Text editor in order to preserve the consistency of the styling. Keep in mind that you can "preview" changes before saving (see options on top right of edit page screen), and you can always reach out to Trillium with questions.
