Publishing Details for Employment, News, Board Meetings, RFPs, etc. – Trillium Support

Custom Post Types such as Employment, News, Board Meetings, RFPs, etc. provide some flexibility on when and how a new post is published.

Before publishing, please review the following options:

Feature	Question Prompts
visibility	is this post public? or will it require a password?
publish schedule	publish immediately? or at a later date?
pending review	does this post need to be reviewed by an admin?
URL slug	ability to customize URL slug

Visibility

You can set the visibility level for each post.

If you select password-protected, you will need to provide a password.

Publish Schedule

If you wish to publish the job post at a later date, click on the word "immediately" to select a future date.

Pending Review

If a post needs to be reviewed by an admin, tick the "pending review" checkbox. On the main post list, the job will be clearly marked for an admin to review.

URL Slug

Use this section to customize the URL of the post. This is optional.
