To edit an existing Transit Alert, select the Transit Alert name from the Transit Alerts Dashboard
If you wish to simply enable or disable a Transit Alert, see Disable a Transit Alert.
Allowable Edits
All fields covered in Create a New Transit Alert can be edited, though switching from Route-specific to system-wide and Stop-specific to system-wide will yield a warning that doing so will remove all data in this Transit Alert related to routes and stops:
Saving Changes
Changes will go live within one minute of Save and Publish. If an Alert is enabled and changes should not be reflected at this time, before making changes, return to the Transit Alerts Dashboard and disable the Alert first. Changes can then be saved without being pushed to the public.
